Vaccine Requirement

Staff whose work requires or potentially could require any in-person interaction with Save the Children colleagues, partners, or beneficiaries must be fully  vaccinated against COVID-19 unless otherwise required by law. Save the Children complies with federal, state, and local laws with regard to accommodations related to this policy.

By being vaccinated against COVID-19, staff will protect themselves and those who are unable to be vaccinated, and will permit Save the Children staff to carry out its mission in the safest way possible. Young children—whom we work every day to protect—are particularly vulnerable, as they are not yet eligible for the vaccine. As an agency that advocates for public health, we have a duty to do all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We’re changing the way the world treats children, and we’re using accountability, collaboration, creativity and integrity to do it. Our staff, volunteers and partners don’t just abide by these standards – they live them. Because our mission is not just what we do – it’s who we are. See what drives us.

Bring your Passion. Find your Purpose.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Save the Children is an ever-evolving network of identities, perspectives and lived experiences. If we don’t model diversity, equity and inclusion here, we won’t achieve it anywhere – so while we’re making real, lasting change for children, we’re also listening, learning and shaping a culture of belonging. We elevate every voice, and engage all perspectives. This is a courageous space where you’re empowered to share your voice, because innovation doesn’t just celebrate difference – it thrives on it. Explore our culture.

Employee Affinity Groups

We work with communities that are diverse in culture, perspective and ideas – and we’re committed to building a staff that reflects them.
