How to Wash Your Hands

As with all viruses, practicing good hygiene is the best way to prevent illness: wash your hands often, with soap and for at least 20 seconds. Here are the 6 steps you need follow to effectively wash your hands:

  1. Wet your hands
  2. Apply soap
  3. Scrub for at least 20 seconds
  4. Rinse the soap off your hands
  5. Dry with a clean paper towel
  6. Use the paper towel to turn the tap off
