Face-to-Face Fundraising
Save the Children’s Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising program is one of the most effective and personal ways we connect with members of the public who want to help children in need. Every day, our passionate, trained fundraisers are out in communities sharing the urgent challenges children face — and the lifesaving support Save the Children provides in the U.S. and around the world.
Through these meaningful, in-person conversations, our Face-to-Face Fundraising teams raise awareness and inspire thousands of people each year to become recurring donors. Reliable, ongoing donations allow Save the Children to respond immediately when emergencies strike and to consistently address children’s most pressing needs — from malnutrition and education to protection and safety.
How Our Fundraisers Work
Save the Children partners with trusted fundraising agencies, Ascenta Group and BriteVox, to help us reach as many supporters as possible. Every fundraiser representing Save the Children is a paid, professional fundraiser who is trained to speak about our mission, programs, and the impact you can have as an ongoing supporter.
You can easily identify an official Save the Children fundraiser by:
- A Save the Children-branded red vest
- A name badge displaying their name, ID number, and the agency they work for
- A tablet used to securely collect donations
Our fundraisers are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer your questions about how your recurring support helps children survive and thrive.
💡 Tip: If you have questions about the legitimacy of a fundraiser, you can always contact our Supporter Experience Center at [email protected] or call 1-800-728-3843 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST).

Is My Information Secure?
Absolutely! Protecting your personal and financial information is our number one priority. That’s why our fundraisers use a secure web-based donation platform to collect information electronically in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) regulations for financial data security. You can find our Privacy Policy on our website.
How Much of My Donation Goes to Save the Children?
100% of every donation made through face-to-face fundraising goes to Save the Children. We pay a fee to our agencies for every new donor from a dedicated fundraising budget, not from donations made by the new donor. Save the Children invests wisely in fundraising activities to ensure we have the greatest impact possible for children. Financial reports are available on our website.
What is Team Tomorrow?
Team Tomorrow is a way to connect you with the causes you care about most — including Inequality, Conflict, the Climate Crisis, and Poverty in the U.S. — by offering a personalized supporter experience. You choose the issue that matters most to you, and we’ll update you on how your recurring donation helps us partner with children, communities, and local organizations to tackle that issue and more. You’ll receive resources to help you advocate on behalf of children to create even more impact.
