Cynthia (Cindie) Jamison

Board Vice Chair, Save The Children US

Cindie Jamison is the Chairman of Darden Restaurants, and also chairs the Audit Committee at International Flavors & Fragrances. She also sits on the Boards of Advanced Auto Parts and Sunbelt Rentals. She retired from the Board of Directors of Tractor Supply Company in May 2023, where she served as Chairman after leading key committees.

Her extensive board experience includes roles at Office Depot, BigLots, Horizon Organic Holdings, Cellu Tissue, Caribe Media, and B&G Foods. Prior to her board service, Cindie had a distinguished career as a crisis CFO at Tatum, LLP, and held CFO or COO positions at eMac, Cosi, SurePayroll, Illinois Superconductor, and AquaSpy, Inc.

Her career includes executive positions at Arthur Andersen, Kraft General Foods, Hewitt Associates, Allied Domecq (Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins) and Chart House Enterprises. She completed a term on FASAC, advising the FASB, and is recognized as an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a “Top 100 Director,” as well as "Director to Watch" in 2025.

Cindie has been a Trustee of Save the Children US since 2024 and became Board Vice Chair in 2026.
