Over 2.7 million children aged under five in Pakistan are experiencing malnutrition, as areas of the country struggle to recover from devastating floods in 2025.

One in three people are facing severe food shortages in Somalia as worsening drought, conflict, and soaring food prices drive up hunger levels. The situation is nearly as bad as in 2022 when the country was on the brink of famine, Save the Children said.
