All children deserve a healthy start in life, yet millions are at risk

Around the world, children continue to suffer from preventable diseases, malnutrition and lack of access to basic healthcare. Conflict, extreme weather and inequality exacerbate these challenges, leaving millions at risk. These barriers prevent children from accessing the care and resources they need to survive and thrive, limiting their potential for a better future.

Urgent action is needed to address the root causes of these issues and ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy.

Our Health Programs

Child Health and Disease Prevention

We train and support health workers to improve access to lifesaving care for children under five, targeting pneumonia, diarrhea and malaria, ensuring immunization and treatment reach underserved communities.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

We protect children from disease through WASH practices, climate-smart nutrition and community action, fostering local leadership and partnerships to mitigate climate change’s impact on nutrition.

Maternal and Newborn Health Programs

Our programs reduce maternal and newborn deaths by training providers, expanding family planning and obstetric care, and improving policies to prevent unintended pregnancies and support women's health.

Childhood Nutrition and Malnutrition Prevention

We prevent and manage malnutrition through collaboration, strengthening health and food systems, and supporting equitable services for the most disadvantaged communities.

Immunization

We expand access to vaccines by strengthening health systems, training providers and reaching underserved communities, ensuring children receive essential immunizations in all settings.
