Redeem American Express Points, Make a Charitable Donation to Save the Children
If you are an American Express® cardmember enrolled in the Membership Rewards® program and you have Membership Rewards points available, you can redeem them and in return make a donation to Save the Children in 1,000-point increments.
For every 1,000 points redeemed from your Membership Rewards account, American Express will donate $5 to Save the Children.
