Jennifer Roberti, Chief Marketing Officer, joined Save the Children US in 2018 with experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds. Prior to Save the Children, Jennifer oversaw integrated marketing and digital efforts as CMO for UNICEF USA. While there, she increased digital revenue from recurring donors by 30% over two years and overhauled UNICEF USA’s strategy and brand positioning. In addition, Jennifer reinvigorated their small-donor channel, reversing a 25% decline to a growth segment for the organization.
Prior to her work with UNICEF, Jennifer was CMO for MTN in South Africa, where she helped lead the mobile telecommunication company through tremendous growth, reaching 223 million subscribers in 22 countries. Under Jennifer’s leadership, MTN became Africa’s first truly global brand as recognized by BrandZ Top 100 Global Brands. She also led MTN’s online engagement strategy from its infancy to 10 million fans. Prior to this, Jennifer worked in the advertising sector for leading agencies such as Y&R.
Jennifer lives with her family in Connecticut.
