Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Debbie Pollock-Berry is Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for Save the Children. In this position, she oversees recruitment, total rewards, performance management, benefits, training and development, and implementation of human resources policies and strategies.
Prior to joining Save the Children, Debbie served as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Federal Realty Investment Trust. Previous roles include SVP of Human Resources at XO Communications, LLC and Chief People Officer for the North American Energy Alliance (NAEA), now Essential Power. She poised NAEA for growth by focusing on understanding and responding to employee concerns, developing and retaining key talent, implementing leadership succession planning and strategic programs. Debbie also spent nearly seven years with AOL in a variety of positions and served as its Vice President of Global HR.
Debbie was named one of Savoy magazine's Top Influential Women in Corporate America in 2012 and 2014 and is a Trustee for Lead Virginia, a statewide leadership program. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Francis Marion University.
