Won’t you please give as generously as you can to help save the lives of babies and young children?
Help Us End This Tragedy
For many families in the world’s poorest villages, getting help for a sick child is an ordeal. With the little one swaddled on their back, mothers hike miles to town, maybe hitch a ride on rickety bus and wait to see a doctor — often all day long.
Basic medicine can cost a week’s wages or more. Too often, it is too late for the most vulnerable.
The solution is simple. Save the Children trains and equips frontline health workers. The health workers travel to homes and villages, providing well-baby visits and basic health care and treatment.
They save lives with just a little bit of training, support and supplies – and they get there before it’s too late.
