  • Designing, planning, and implementing surveys

Facilitation Notes

This session, part two of the three-part Assessments Module, contributes to an overview of the various methods of data collection in the emergency context, specifically the survey method.

During presentation of the Surveys slides, it is helpful to provide recent region- or country-specific examples of SC participation in survey efforts. Solicit discussion among the participants to share experiences with surveys and other methods of data collection. Additional facilitation notes are included within the slides.

See the Surveys Summary Sheet for more information.
