Toys"R"Us Bundled in Hope Campaign Raises $1 Million for Save the Children's U.S. Programs

Toys"R"Us, Inc. announced that its Bundled in Hope campaign raised $1 million to help support Save the Children. Funds raised will be used to purchase blankets for babies in need and provide support for Save the Children's early childhood programs in the U.S.

Frigidaire and Jennifer Garner Announce "Make Time for CHANGE" Campaign To Support Save the Children's U.S. Programs

Frigidaire is partnering with actress and philanthropist, Jennifer Garner to launch the "Make Time for CHANGE" campaign to support Save the Children's U.S. Programs. Garner and Frigidaire are asking moms — and everyone who believes in the power of moms — to use the time we get when we turn the clocks back on November 1 to make CHANGE for children.

Procter & Gamble Breaks a Barrier for African School Girls

No girl should miss school just because she is a girl. But the reality is that many girls in the developing world begin to miss up to 5 days of school each month when they begin menstruating, because they don’t have access to puberty education, adequate sanitary protection or sanitary facilities. This repeated absenteeism can result in girls falling behind in their studies, and often, contributes to girls dropping out of school all together.

Green Mountain Coffee Helps Coffee Farmers in Nicaragua

Green Mountain Coffee cares about the people growing their product. This is why they have partnered with Save the Children to help coffee-producing communities in Nicaragua. Together we are funding nutritional and economic development programs in the Peñas Blancas region of North Central Nicaragua, an area that relies on coffee production.
