The five most critical threats to the lives of children under age five in developing countries are:  newborn disorders, malnutrition, pneumonia, diarrhea and measles. Effective measures to fight these killers are not expensive. Yet millions of children still die each year because they are not being reached with these proven, lifesaving solutions.
